their name sort of takes away from their credibility as a serious artist- i snickered when i saw the name when they came out with radioactive, and went, 'well, that's a one-hit wonder'. so, i don't hate your resistance. i did too, in my own way.
I THOUGHT THE sAME and that they sounded like -- the show that came on after reading rainbow or something. radioactive sounded like awolnation, and i haven't heard anything from awolnation since i first heard about awolnation. but the best thing about imagine dragons is that none of their songs even sound like the same genre??
truth, i thought it was so weird that 'sail' became in fashion again because it's such an old song, but it's also a really good song and awolnation hasn't done anything. no, not at all. 'roots' i'm using for a contemporary piece, i don't know what i would use their other songs for. they're hard to figure out, i have to respect them for that.
